I Have Read These 5 Great Books in January to Change My Life in 2021
Here is how you can make 2021 a transformational year as well!
According to the research by the University of Scranton 92% of people that set New Year’s goals never actually achieve them. Another study found out that about 80% of people fail to stick to their New Year’s Resolutions for longer than six weeks.
Most of us try to set goals on our birthday or new years. And yet, despite our high motivation and best intentions, we lost our inspiration so quickly. At the end of last year, just like most of you, I have reflected on my failures and successes in 2020 and set up my goals for 2021.
My main 3 goals for this year are related to personal development, family life, and work. As I have failed my goals many times before, I focused on starting journaling to reflect on and track my monthly, weekly, and daily progress.
